It is possible to save and reuse data in our e-forms.
This feature can be used when you e.g. submit an initial report and later want to reuse the data from the initial report to submit a follow-up or final report.
At the top of the form you will find the functions Save
og Load 

Save the form’s contents on your hard drive
With this function you can fill out a part of the form and save it as a file on your computer. Note that the form cannot be submitted with this function. This allows you to complete the form later. To submit the form you have to be connected to the internet and press the "Submit" button.
You can choose between three methods when saving the form:
Contents only (XML) - Recommended method
This method will save the contents of the form in an XML-file. You can load this file into a blank form at a later time. This particular file is only the contents of the form, therefore you must load it into a valid form to submit the form.
Blank form (HTML)
This method will only save the template of the form. If you have entered any information in the form this information will not be saved. You can load a valid XML-file into the blank form at any time you wish.
Form with contents (HTML)
When selecting this method the form and any information you may have entered will be stored in one single file.
Load saved form from your own hard drive
If you previously have saved a form on your own computer with the disk icon, you can use this function to reload the contents of the form. It allows you to complete the contents before you press the "Submit" button of the form.
